Betty Yopko Weibel, APR

With more than two decades as a public relations agency owner and leader, Betty has a specialty in strategic planning and special event marketing/management. She is an author and an experienced public speaker, conducting seminars on communications and media relations topics. Before opening her own agency, Betty served the corporate world for nearly 10 years as vice president with responsibility for corporate communications and human resources with a 1,200-store retail chain. She began her career as a newspaper journalist and worked for ESPN as an equestrian commentator. Betty serves on Boards of Trustees for Ohio Historical Society and Ohioana Library Association. She is a graduate of Lake Erie College and certified by the Public Relations Society of America.

Joyce Roseman Penhallurick

Joyce has served for more than 40 years in a variety of marketing communications areas, including travel and tourism, community relations, and media relations. Prior to launching her own agency, she worked with industry-leading organizations which included the nation’s top fundraising organization and a global energy company. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton and a Master of Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace University.
