The Shoppes at Parma
When PREP Property Group undertook the transformation of an enclosed shopping mall into a 750,000+ square-foot open air retail center, the organization appointed Yopko Penhallurick to provide communications support for the introduction of The Shoppes at Parma. Repositioning the shopping center included news releases, website design and social media aimed at reengaging the community throughout the development and beyond. Yopko Penhallurick provided media relations and social media support to capitalize on the high level of interest generated in the community, helping position the property for a successful real estate transaction three years after the initial acquisition.
Community engagement included outreach to the press, e-marketing campaigns, and Facebook activity dedicated to keeping community members aware of retailer additions and engaged with The Shoppes at Parma.
