Betty Yopko Weibel, APR

Prior to establishing Yopko Penhallurick in 2002 with Joyce R. Penhallurick, Betty Yopko Weibel formed Yopko Communications in 1994.

Before opening her own agency, Betty served the corporate world for nearly 10 years as vice-president with responsibility for corporate communications and human resources with a 1,200-store retail chain.

Prior experience included several public relations firms specializing in retail and national special events marketing/management. She began her career as a newspaper journalist and has worked as a sport broadcaster for ESPN.

Betty earned her BA in Communications from Lake Erie College.

Joyce R. Penhallurick

Prior to establishing Yopko Penhallurick with Betty Yopko Weibel, Joyce R. Penhallurick formed Penhallurick & Associates, Inc. in 1992.

Before launching Penhallurick & Associates, Inc., Joyce held a variety of management positions during her 10-year career at BP America.

Before joining BP, she was with Burson-Marsteller Public Relations, one of the world's largest public relations firms. At Burson-Marsteller, she worked on a variety of national media relations and product launch campaigns for clients such as Wendy's International and GE Lighting.

Joyce holds an MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College, and a BA in Communications from the University of Dayton.
